AI Voicebot now handles 70% of customer calls at ICICI Lombard Insurance in the current year. MD and CEO Sanjeev Mantri said, “In the last one year, 70% of the calls are entertained through a bot or a WhatsApp chat bot.” The firm moved these services in-house to improve customer interactions.
