Agile Robots acquired a majority stake in Bengaluru-based XNG Automation to expand local production. "We have acquired a majority stake in Bengaluru-based XNG Automation to expand our local production of automation solutions," said managing director Saravanan Solaiappan. The firm supplies automation tools to major companies like Foxconn and Tata Electronics.
