Why Ukraine dismissed its ambassador to the US by presidential decree

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Ukraine's ambassador to the United States, Olga Stefanishyna, by presidential decree on Monday. Stefanishyna said the decision was "dictated by personal circumstances" and called the role the greatest honour of her life. Zelensky has not yet named a successor to manage vital military ties with Washington.
