UP government tables Rs 59,019.54-crore supplementary budget, focus on e-ways, industrial infra

The UP government tabled a Rs 59,019.54-crore supplementary budget on Tuesday for 2026-27. This plan focuses on expressways and industrial infrastructure. Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna said the state's overall budget grew to Rs 9.71 lakh crore. Many funds will support rural development, welfare schemes, and major new road projects across Uttar Pradesh.
