Union minister explains why 'no one should be overjoyed' over BJP's Bankipur loss

Prashant Kishor defeated BJP candidate Neeraj Kumar Sinha by more than 19,000 votes in the Bankipur bypoll. Bihar minister Shrawon Kumar said on Tuesday, "The Bankipur by-election results are indeed contrary to expectations." The ruling NDA will now review the causes of this defeat after losing their long-held assembly seat.
