Rajesh Kumar first Killiyoor MLA to become minister

Rajesh Kumar just became the first MLA from Killiyoor to be a minister! He said, "he would take efforts to develop tourism." This is a big deal because Killiyoor has been a Congress stronghold for years, and neither of the big Dravidian parties or BJP has ever won there.
