‘Posts against Nitin Gadkari vile, defamatory. Take them down’: Bombay HC amid E20 row

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday directed social media platforms to remove defamatory posts and deepfake videos targeting Union minister Nitin Gadkari. Justice Arif Doctor called the content “vile” and “abusive.” The court asked companies to create a framework to remove such material without needing a court order every time.
