Andhra Pradesh Dy CM Pawan never spoke against Telangana: BJP chief Ramchander Rao

BJP chief Ramchander Rao said Andhra Pradesh Dy CM Pawan Kalyan never spoke against Telangana. He criticised BRS and Congress for unfulfilled objectives of the Telangana movement. Rao added, "Every citizen has the constitutional right to contest elections from anywhere." He also spoke about pending contractor bills and water share issues.
