Supreme Court pushes HC on Abhishek Banerjee's foreign travel plea for treatment

The Supreme Court on Monday requested the Calcutta High Court to decide on Trinamool MP Abhishek Banerjee’s plea to travel abroad for eye treatment within a week. The bench asked the court to expedite the hearing after Abhishek said he needed medical care. The high court previously restricted his foreign travel.
