Heavy rain wreaks havoc across India: Death toll in Kerala, Assam crosses 100; flash floods hit Kashmir

Heavy rain caused 102 deaths across Kerala, Assam, and Kashmir by Monday. Kerala saw 15 deaths, while Assam’s toll reached 87 after two more people died. In Kashmir, a cloudburst killed one woman. Chief Minister VD Satheesan said, "the situation was under control," as many areas still face severe waterlogging.
