President Donald Trump said US and Iranian officials met Tuesday, an unexpected engagement that came even as he threatened in his address to the U.N. General Assembly that he may "annihilate" the Islamic Republic if a deal isn't reached soon to end the nearly seven-month war.
* TRAI mandates telcos to issue special tariff vouchers for voice calls, SMS at lower cost
As per the Telecom Consumers Protection (Thirteenth Amendment) Regulations, 2026 issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, telecom operators will have to issue special tariff vouchers (STVs) for voice calls and SMS only similar to the existing one that come bundled with data, voice calls and SMS carrying a validity of 30 days or less.
