Vidyasagar Setu to remain closed on June 7 for repair work, Kolkata Police issues traffic advisory

Vidyasagar Setu will be closed on June 7 from 5am to 9pm for repair work. Kolkata Police said many vehicles will use alternative routes. This closure is to facilitate "repair and rehabilitation work" on the bridge. Commuters travelling between Kolkata and Howrah should plan journeys accordingly.
