The sandbox trap: Getting AI to work is easy, but scaling it changes everything

A 2026 EY-CII survey showed 47% of Indian enterprises now run multiple AI use cases. However, NASSCOM data found only 15% of organizations successfully scale AI cross-functionally. Rajesh Nambiar said, “Many organizations are flirting with AI. Only 15% are actually scaling it.” Most firms still struggle to move beyond pilots.
