Delhi HC closes contempt case against SpiceJet's Ajay Singh in lessor dispute

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday closed contempt proceedings against SpiceJet chairman Ajay Singh regarding a dispute with lessor TWC Aviation Capital. The court said substantial compliance happened, but the lessor can still file an execution petition to recover remaining parts. SpiceJet previously returned many assets to the company.
