To save the asylum system, reform it

Seventy-five years ago, governments gathered in Geneva to draft the Refugee Convention. Today, the asylum system is under pressure as it gets entangled with immigration debates. Many systems are under-resourced, and claims take years to resolve. Governments need to fix these processes to protect human life and ensure stability.
