'I could have resigned too': Karnataka CM Shivakumar recalls cabinet berth denial during Siddaramaiah's tenure

Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar on Tuesday recalled being denied cabinet berths during past tenures to calm unhappy Congress MLAs. He urged legislators to show patience after many threatened to resign over the recent cabinet expansion.
