Nothing to do with Sheikh Hasina event: India amid Dhaka objection to virtual address

India said on Tuesday it has no role in Sheikh Hasina’s virtual speech at a New Delhi media club on Wednesday. External affairs ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, "The government has no involvement whatsoever in it." India continues efforts to improve ties with Bangladesh despite objections from Dhaka regarding the event.
