Broken panels, luggage scattered: Inside Air India flight after severe turbulence

An Air India flight from Phuket to Delhi faced severe turbulence on Tuesday, leaving 17 people injured. Luggage fell from bins as the plane dropped 300 feet. One passenger said, "I saw people being thrown into the air, hitting their heads, and getting injured." Seven passengers got medical treatment later.
