Homebuyers lose stilt parking case: Maharashtra court explains why builder's allotment was invalid

Five homebuyers from Navi Mumbai lost their stilt parking spaces after a Maharashtra court ruled in favour of their housing society. The court said builders cannot sell common parking areas once a society is registered. Justice Smt. S. Neelkanth noted, "The builder has no right to sell stilt parking spaces."
