Parliament panel maintains high approval rate for wildlife projects in 10 years

The Standing Committee of the National Board for Wildlife approved 93% of infrastructure projects during its July 9 meeting in Coimbatore. Data showed that 99 out of 107 proposals got the green light. Since 2016, the committee approved 96.5% of projects, keeping a high approval trend for forest land use.
