Malaysian billionaire Lim Kok Thay doubles down on New York with $5.5 bn casino expansion

Malaysian billionaire Lim Kok Thay broke ground on a $5.5 billion expansion at Resorts World New York City on Wednesday. The project adds hotels, an arena, and more gaming space to the Queens property. Lim said, "We are already moving towards a day when the city will have an integrated resort."
