Bengaluru Airport started a digital pre-book service for Duty Free shopping. Travellers use the BLR Pulse app or website to buy items before they fly and collect them at the airport. Kenneth R. Guldbjerg said, "The future of airports is not built around transactions. It is built around experiences."
