Accor, InterGlobe shelve Treebo acquisition plan

Accor and InterGlobe have called off their plan to acquire a stake in Treebo. The companies said they could not align their positions on crucial issues after constructive discussions. Accor currently has 75 hotels in India and remains committed to its growth strategy despite this change in expansion plans.
